Smoothie: Banana - Kiwi


I decided to change today's smoothie and start off with something that required less ingredients and was able to be made a bit quicker..

KIWI-BANANA SMOOTHIE
prep time: 5mins. (not even)

Ingredients:
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 banana
  • 1 non-fat natural yogurt 
  • ice
    **feel free to add some cinnamon for extra flavour*
  1. First peel and cut Kiwi
  2. Peel and cut Banana
  3. Blend until smoothe
  4. add ice
  5. blend for 30 seconds (depends on how strong your blender is)
