I decided to change today's smoothie and start off with something that required less ingredients and was able to be made a bit quicker..

KIWI-BANANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
- 1 kiwi
- 1 banana
- 1 non-fat natural yogurt
- ice
**feel free to add some cinnamon for extra flavour*
- First peel and cut Kiwi
- Peel and cut Banana
- Blend until smoothe
- add ice
- blend for 30 seconds (depends on how strong your blender is)
