Started the day with a perfect plan to hike Marbella's "mountain"...LA CONCHA. The plan was conquered ... almost.
Before setting out, we decided to make some yummy sandwiches for reinforcements... Of course... we did our best to keep them "healthy"
here are our creations:
PROTEIN PROTEIN PROTEIN....ingredients: 1 egg, chorizo, pinch of salt & pepper
Lõhe - Lõhe (Salmon in Estonian...twice.)
Ingredients: Salmon, Cream Cheese & Cucumber
Once the scrumptious sandwiches were prepared and packed it was off to conquer "LA CONCHA."
La cruz de Juanar -- the peak we made it to, before being dominated by dark cloud!
As we ended our hike early... we decided to enjoy our lunch on the beach.
& tomorrow... MOTHERS DAY BRUNCH!
