Workout & Exercise

When it comes to my exercise and workouts, I try to mix it up...

Current Workout: INSANITY & RUNNING

On my blog I mention the Insanity workouts several times. It is a 60 day program focusing on high-intensity workouts 6 days a week. You can do them at home, outside or wherever you desire...you just need a computer or TV to follow!

I can not say that my body has shown the same results as those seen on the websites. However, I do feel both leaner and more fit! I will finish Insanity on MAY 31 and plan to start again October 1st 2013! 


I have always loved running...this semester at University I started a running club! (Great motivation)
 

Other favorites:

I have a dog -- so runs with her and long walks are always beneficial 
Summer fun: (paddle surf, kayaking, swimming etc...)
Winter fun: SKIING! {this time of year is when I pay most visits to the gym}
Hiking is always great fun! 
Pilates {great way to stretch out your muscles and get that lean body}
