Welcome to "Living ME Healthy"!

Here is a bit about me...


I have always been "athletic." Played sports through middle and high school, but it wasn't until University {when I started living on my own} that I began to workout and make healthy living a part of my day to day routine. 
When I say HEALTHY Im not saying SKINNY. I do my best to exercise as much as possible and eat well!
